Dry mixes or ready-to-use icing can be frustrating to work with, or just taste bad. Ann Clark's newest innovation, Instant Premium Royal Icing Mix liquid sets a new standard: Instant icing that tastes great, is easy to use, and produces top quality decorating results.

Exclusively from Ann Clark, Instant Icing Mix contains natural aquafaba (chickpea extract) and other ingredients for superior Royal Icing every time. Non-GMO, no nuts, no gluten, and vegan. Made in the USA. Ingredients: Corn syrup, aquafaba (concentrated chickpea broth), cream of tartar, salt, natural vanilla flavor, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

Shelf life 18 months.

One 4.3-oz. pouch makes 2 Cups icing, enough to decorate 36 to 48 cookies.

Ingredients: Aquafaba, corn syrup, cream of tartar, salt, vanilla powder, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate

To make Ann Clark royal icing, mix the contents of the pouch with 1 lb (3-4 cups) of powdered sugar and blend on low for 45 seconds, then high for 3 minutes; to adjust consistency, add water a half teaspoon at a time for thinning or more powdered sugar for thickening, aiming for soft peaks for piping borders or a honey-like flow for flooding.

Standard Mix Instructions
  1. Combine: Add the contents of the Ann Clark meringue powder pouch and 1 pound (about 3-4 cups) of powdered sugar to a clean mixer bowl.
  2. Mix Low: Blend on low speed for about 45 seconds to incorporate.
  3. Mix High: Increase speed to high and beat for 3 minutes.
  4. Adjust: Add water (1/2 teaspoon at a time) to thin for flooding or add more powdered sugar to thicken for piping.
