EISCO Demonstration Meter - Interscale - 5mA, 100mV FSD Sensitivity, -2.5% Accuracy

The demonstration meter is used to demonstrate the working principle of an AC and DC ammeter, voltmeter and galvanometer with the help of interchangeable plastic scales (available separate, see PH1118A through PH1118O). A magnetically damped spring controlled moving coil movement is housed in a plastic case with a Perspex front and rear panel. A pair of 4mm socket terminals is provided on the right side for applying voltage and current, and a zero adjustment control and locking system for securing the pointer to avoid potential damage in transit is provided on the left side. Each scale is fitted through a slot on the right side of the case and has a plug connector which also serves to locate and align the scale positively in position. The meter has a sensitivity of 5mA / 100mV FSD with +/-2.5% accuracyMeter measures approximately 12" tall, 12" wide and 6" long. Scale measures approximately 7.75".
