Pencil poppers, glide baits, swim shads, stick baits, darters, there is a Tsunami Airwave Elite surf rod to do it all. These premium built rods are constructed using the unique high-pressure production techniques that deliver strong, powerful, high fiber density blanks for lighter weight and plenty of fighting power. The increased sensitivity of the blank is matched to genuine Fuji Concept “K” Series alconite ring guides to make these rods braid ready, allowing for longer casts without wear with any braid used. A new, offset 70/30, ferrule system delivers plenty of strength and a one-piece feel while casting lures or bait, and when fighting big fish. The quick, easy F3 Friction Fit Ferrule system can lock the guides in perfect alignment almost instantly and keep them there all day.
The high density blanks are more resilient to transmit more power to each cast and provide more built in fighting power resulting in longer, easier, more accurate casts and more fish to the beach with less effort. A reel seat made of graphite and lightweight stainless steel along with shrink vinyl grips keeps these rods light in the hand for all day casting ease.
